Process Engineering Manager (Finance)
As a Process Engineering Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and managing process engineering activities within the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business group. You will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects. Your expertise in process engineering and strong leadership skills will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.
You will report directly to our Plant Director, and you will work out of our Spokane WA location.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our process engineering initiatives and the overall performance of the ESS business group.

The annual base salary range for this position is $131,000 - $164,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.
