- 8+ years of experience in business continuity management or related field
- Strong knowledge of business continuity frameworks, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34)
- Experience leading business continuity programs in large, complex organizations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Develop and implement business continuity strategies and plans that align with the organizations objectives and ensure the ability to respond to and recover from disruptive events
- , Lead the development and maintenance of business continuity policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the organization
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify critical business processes, dependencies, and recovery requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities and assess the potential impact of disruptive events on critical business operations
- Coordinate and conduct regular business continuity exercises and tests to evaluate the effectiveness of plans and ensure readiness for potential disruptions
- Provide guidance and support to business units during crisis situations, ensuring timely and effective response and recovery
- Monitor and report on business continuity performance and compliance
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in business continuity management
