Principal Account Manager (Finance)



You will report directly to our Senior Sales Director, and you'll work out of a Remote location, preferably in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC, but we are open to other remote locations for the perfect candidate.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the company's success. Your expertise in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth will enable you to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide tailored solutions to meet their business needs. By mentoring account managers and sales teams, you will contribute to the company's growth, customer satisfaction, and market leadership.As a Principal Account Manager - Honeywell Portfolio here at Honeywell, you will have a significant impact on the company's success.   • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The key focuses of the role will be:

  • Ensure that Honeywell Buildings globally are adopting Honeywell Building Automation solutions.
  • Work across the organization - Sales, Real Estate, Marketing & Product Management to ensure that Honeywell Buildings are showcasing the latest Honeywell Building Automation technology.
  • Collaborate with Global Real Estate, 3rd Party Facility Management Partners, and the Key Accounts Team to identify opportunities within Corporate Peer Groups that will lead to increased business for Honeywell.
