HR Clerical Assistant (Temporary) (Finance)



Assists with the HR onboarding program. Prepare new hire paperwork. Analyze and verify the accuracy of employment documentation. Confirm completion of all new hire employment documentation. Review required employment forms with new employees.

Ensures documents are in compliance with Regulations and University policy.

Ensures documents are completed and electronically stored in various system locations.

Work with the front desk Receptionist to assist customers (visitors, students, faculty, and staff) through face-to-face interactions or by telephone. Notifies office staff of appointments or visitors.

Assist with the preparation and scanning of employment documents, as needed.MINIMUM:

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of office administration or customer service focused experience.

Prior experience entering data into a computer system. Must possess customer service skills, and have the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

PREFERRED:

Direct experience in employment processing, employment authorization and identification documentation, and/or HR general experience.
