SAP Power User-Downstream Supply Chain Planning (Finance)
Job Description: Lead and support the downstream team to ensure an appropriate flow of orders through production according to availability, on time delivery, and complexity. Lead and monitor healthy start to ensure a satisfactory output level, as well as drive improvements to reduce BOV. Lead the Master Production Plan process with the other functions and ensure correct maturity is reached according to SPS. Manage the plant value stream mapping (current and future state) and leading the continuous improvement of product lead time by animating transversal actions plan. Monitor and improve the downstream supply chain performance at plant level. Monitor downstream team KPIs to be in a continuous improvement approach for internal effectiveness and accuracy of production plan. Coordinate and input critical data into SAP to start up a new facility. Adjust data into the system to ensure correct information is used and provided to our different stakeholders. Eligible for remote work 1 day/wk.
Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering (any), or related field and 2 years of experience in supply chain flow controlling, or related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Coordinating and managing production plans in a manufacturing environment; Implementing advanced concepts on demand vs capacity; Using supply chain and business control tools, including SAP and AMAPS; and Overseeing high volume work, including scheduling effectively for meeting deadlines and holding team members accountable.
