Job Description Summary

The Risk Management Associate is responsible for working task items associated with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports assigned by the Risk Management Team Lead.  The task responsibilities will require customer contact, funding verifications, follow-up items, file documentation, strong customer service skills and computer proficiency.  The associate will play an important role within the Risk Department by proving constant support to our Risk Analyst group.    

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the task completion of multiple assigned reports that are run on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Report assigned task findings in a timely fashion to the Risk Management Team Lead.
  • Conduct outgoing calls to customers to validate/verify information
  • Verify information with Insurance markets pertaining to policy details
  • Engage in continuous dialogue with internal stake holders in regards to any non-technical items requiring follow-up action.
  • Make updates to electronic file documents as directed by members of the Risk leadership team. 
  • Provide continuous feedback to leadership on findings requiring further review. 

Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience

  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Service-oriented mindset, good interpersonal skills, proven ability to demonstrate excellent telephone customer skills
  • Resourceful and well-organized, accountable for accuracy and timeliness of work product
  • Exhibit proactive teamwork and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Compensation

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $20.19 - $24.00 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
