Sales Support (Sales)



The Sales Support position is responsible for reviewing and processing all levels of sales orders, helping to create and audit processes for compliance.

Creates basic quotes in SalesforceReview complex bid packets, quote requests, and large orders - staging them correctly within the organizationHandle customer phone callsProcess dimensional drawings for quotes and ordersRecognize potential problems and resolve with minimal helpProcess and understand bid specificationsBack up sales support on all projects Review engineering quotes for errorsPrepare inventory spreadsheets that the sales team can use to convert to possible quotes and ordersCheck invoices and previous quotes for Request for Offers (RFO). Maintain communication between the shops and other departments on orders placedOrder entry for all sales itemsTrack sales orders until shipmentComplete opportunities in Salesforce using Syspro, department relationships and transportation tracking
