Landscape Services Crew Leader (Maintenance)

What youd be responsible for...
Working alongside your crew leader to ensure all landscape additional service work is performed in accordance with both industry and PCL standards from project start through completion, with an attention to quality and details.
Additional services are considered the installations of mulch, pine straw, seasonal color, granular fertilizer in ornamental beds, granular weed pre-emergent in ornamental beds, warm season aerations, and aerating & overseeding, pressure washing (small jobs), and paver sealing.
It also includes pre-maintenance clean ups as well as small enhancements including simple softscape installations.
Have a valid driver's license and be able to safely deliver your team to and from job sites as needed.Help execute daily production goals as assigned by the crew leader while working efficiently to accomplish gross profit goals.Sharing the responsibility of upkeep and management of tools and equipment you and your crew leader utilize daily.

When youd be working...
Monday through Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm, 40-45 hours per week, with flexibility required due to seasonal needs, weather and holidays. This is a year round position.
