DIVISION FIELD MERCHANDISING EXECUTION MGR I (Finance)



Work collaboratively with division executives, Merchandising, Operations, KOMPASS, Facility Engineering, eCommerce and CAO/Process Improvement managers to execute Merchandising and Operations initiatives within remodels and resets, with a focus on limiting overall disruption to the customer shopping experience and associates. Ensure that remodels and resets are being executed with the guidance from the Store Remodel Best Practice playbook. - Any systems and software knowledge
- Any store management experience; set team experience is also recommended

Desired
- Bachelor's Degree
- Any store department leader experience- Coordinate and communicate all aspects of the new store, reset and remodel process in divisions with less than 100 store locations
- Oversee the third-party KOMPASS team to ensure execution of efficient resets that address shelf management, timely placement of new items and implementation of division and corporate initiatives
- Ensure that all resets and remodels are executed per the Store Remodel Best Practice playbook while maintaining or improving customer/associate satisfaction, in-stock position, and sales trends
- Coordinate and communicate all aspects of the new store, reset, and remodel process
- Attend scope walks with Executive team, Merchandising, and division and G.O. Facility Engineering; attend facility plan reviews and give feedback on all projects; review final F1 plans to ensure customer and store needs are addressed
- Oversee the creation of shelving and fixture orders and the coordination of the deliveries to align with the project schedule
- Communicate upcoming projects and schedules to the appropriate teams to ensure proper planning and execution; attend kick-off meetings prior to the start of work and subsequent construction meetings and or periodic visits to monitor progress and execution
- Protect the customer shopping experience and the associates' workplace
- Attend facility project update meetings with regional and division project managers
- Coordinate schedules and workload to meet project manager's needs
- Create schedules that limit customer and store disruption and ensure projects are completed on time
- Conduct store walks with executives, district and store teams prior, during, and post remodel/reset to ensure merchandising and operations needs are addressed as planned
- Perform all supervision duties (management, PED, coaching, etc.) for the division Store Remodel Operations Manager(s) and Store Reset Team Leader(s) to ensure successful execution of their roles and responsibilities
- Collaborate with the third-party provider(s) on scheduling and managing the workforce at appropriate levels to ensure projects are completed as scheduled
- Collaborate with the regional Merchandising Execution manager assigned to division on store layouts to ensure execution of innovation and initiatives as directed by corporate Merchandising and Operations
- Communicate/resolve all issues identified at store level during the reset/remodel process with appropriate departments. (Merchandising, Operations, KOMPASS, CAO, ECOM, Facility Engineering); proactively follow up to ensure all issues are resolved
