OVERVIEW:
The Program Manager serves as the primary liaison between internal teams, business units, external partners, and Ingram Sales organizations. They coordinate efforts across assigned accounts and territories to drive revenue growth, deepen account penetration, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing programs to meet goals related to delivery, quality, service, cost, and revenue, while aligning customer requirements with Sales strategies to increase engagement.
The role requires a strong understanding of technology trends, end-user markets, and cross-functional disciplines involved in customer development. Program Managers should also be knowledgeable about relevant tools, vendors, and industry best practices. Engagement with industry associations and key end-user organizations may be expected. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, acquisition, and contractual requirements is often essential.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $74,400.00 - $119,100.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
