Visitor's Center Associate

Shift: 12 Hour Shift- Day and Night Shifts Available

*Must be available to work a fixed 12-hour shift. Additional shift rotation details will be provided in the interview process.*

Job Summary:We are seeking friendly and organized Visitor's Center Associates to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and Associates while also supporting various administrative functions within the factory. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
