The Inventory Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining integrity, accuracy, and availability of inventory within a highly regulated environment. This role is responsible for executing inventory transactions, analyzing inventory data, resolving discrepancies, and driving continuous improvement in inventory control processes. This role will have strong hands-on inventory management experience and contribute to system and process enhancements as we modernize our operations.What you'll be doing

  • Oversee daily inventory management activities to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Execute cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and thorough root cause investigations.
  • Maintain detailed and auditable inventory records; support compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office tools to manage and analyze inventory data and generate reporting to support decision-making.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Finance, and IT teams to optimize inventory accuracy and performance.
  • Contribute to ongoing system improvements and technology upgrades aimed at enhancing inventory control and operational efficiency.
  • Support inventory readiness for internal and external audits.

What you'll bring to the table

  • Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on inventory management experience required; Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • Strong experience managing inventory in SAP is required; experience driving process improvements in dynamic environments is highly preferred.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a medical device manufacturing or other regulated industry is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
