Sr IT Engineer ( IT Service Management and CMDB) (Finance)



As a Sr.IT Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining and managing the full lifecycle of Configuration Items (Server Class), processes, workflows and governance influence. Your expertise will play a critical role in optimizing and maturing our Configuration Management System and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

In this role, you will impact on the efficiency and scalability of our IT operations, enabling our teams to leverage a diverse range of technologies effectively and securely.

You will report directly to our Sr. IT Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

  • 3+ years of experience in IT service management and CMDB administration.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and CMDB best practices.
  • Proficiency in data management and configuration management processes.
  • Experience with ITIL framework and service management principles.
