This full-time program is designed for high-potential talent who are passionate about people, eager to lead, and ready to make a real impact. Through a series ofthree immersive rotations(each lasting approximately 12 months), you'll gain hands-on experience across key areas of HR-from Centers of Expertise (COEs) to HR Business Partner roles-building the skills and perspective needed to thrive in a fast-changing, global business.

What You'll Do:

  • Step into a full-time HR role that aligns with your strengths, interests, and our business needs.
  • Build relationships with senior HR and enterprise leaders through mentorship, networking, and targeted development experiences.
  • Collaborate with peers across the organization in a supportive, high-energy community.
  • Work in one of our key locations:Bloomfield, CT,Philadelphia, PA, orSt. Louis, MO(hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 flexible).

What We're Looking For:

  • Successful completion of the HRLDP Summer Associate Program is required.
  • Currently pursuing aMaster's in Human Resourcesor anMBA with an HR concentration.
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience (HR experience preferred).
  • Proven leadership potential with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive results.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills-confident, clear, and courageous.
  • A curious mindset, a passion for innovation, and the agility to thrive in a matrixed environment.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
