Your Next Career Opportunity – Director, Strategic Finance

Under the direction of Finance leadership, this position is responsible for helping senior management with achieving long-term financial goals, ensuring efficient and effective departmental performance and collaborating with other departments to support overall company goals.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

  • Drives multi-year planning and transformation initiatives, actively participating in the planning and development of the organization's long-term financial objectives and strategic plans.
  • Provides significant financial analysis support and financial modeling related to long-term corporate projections, material acquisitions, potential international expansion, new lines of business, tax optimization strategy and material customer agreements.
  • Partners with business leaders to develop and track KPIs and leading indicators aligned with business and corporate objectives. Leads efforts to assimilate data from various departments and provides quantitative analysis regarding various company-specific and industry-related events.
  • Leads special projects, preparing senior-level presentations and developing strategic decision-making financial models. Provide critical financial information to leadership team to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provides significant support for all capital markets transactions.
  • Create rigorous and scalable policies and processes around capital allocation.
  • Advance the team's strategy around leveraging technology to streamline processes.
  • Coach, mentor and develop team members, including overseeing new team member onboarding and providing career development planning and growth opportunities.

What You'll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA, CPA, CFA or Master's degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years experience required.
  • Experience in investing banking, private equity or corporate finance.
