Facilities Maintenance Technician/Coordinator (Maintenance)

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and versatile Facilities Maintenance Technician/Coordinator to oversee the maintenance, operations, and coordination across four facilities, including three in Greensboro, NC, and one in Greenville, SC. This role involves hands-on tasks such as plumbing, electrical repairs, and painting, as well as operational coordination, including vendor management and facility-related procurement. Frequent travel between sites is required to ensure all facilities function optimally and comply with safety standards.
