IT Support Technician

Starting Pay: 19.60/hr.

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and provide essential IT support.

As a successful candidate, you'll bring the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Comfort and agility to physically interact with end-user hardware, including bending and maneuvering.
• Capability to safely lift and move equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A strong sense of urgency and commitment to timely task completion.
• An eagerness to expand your technical skills and embrace new challenges.
• Reliability and responsiveness in addressing IT needs.

While not required, experience in the following areas would be a significant plus:

• Troubleshoot and repair Windows 10 & 11 and MacOS devices
• Work with and assist users with Windows 365 cloud PCs (virtual desktop environments)

• Hands-on experience with hardware installations, removals, and replacements across a range of devices including: desktops, laptops, tablets, Macs, iPads, mobile devices, printers, monitors, conferencing equipment, thin clients, Ethernet and Wireless networks.
