Scrum Master Lead Analyst - EviCore - Remote (Finance)



Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Claims Systems Operations team. This role is pivotal in fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment that supports the delivery of valuable claims system solutions. The Scrum Master will uphold SAFe framework values, facilitate team ceremonies, and remove impediments to ensure successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Agile Facilitation & Execution
- Lead PI Planning preparation and execution, including drafting PI objectives and identifying ART risks.
- Support iteration execution by facilitating team events (Backlog Refinement, Planning, Syncs, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align on goals and priorities.
Team & Workflow Optimization
- Improve team workflow and delivery using Kanban boards and metrics to identify bottlenecks and enhance quality.
- Build and nurture high-performing Agile teams with psychological safety and shared definitions of done.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to improve ART performance and alignment with strategic themes.

Skills & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.

- Experience in the Health Insurance domain preferred.
- 4 plus years in a Scrum Master or Team Coach role required.
- One or more of the following certifications preferred:
• SSM (Certified SAFe Scrum Master)
• CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
• PSM (Professional Scrum Master)
• CSP, PSM II (Second-level Scrum Master certifications)
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks: Kanban, XP, etc. required.
- Proficiency in Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, CI/CD, Pair Programming, Automated Testing required.
- Strong communication and mentoring abilities preferred.
- Hands-on experience with tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Mural required.
- Ability to manage team dashboards and plans in ADO and Jira required.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 95,500 - 159,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
