ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The role of Talent Acquisition is responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill open positions. Professionals in this position need strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills in their work, sourcing top talent and ensuring that recruits and hiring managers are satisfied. This position requires you to report to the office for regular working hours. This is not a remote position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manages a high volume of recruitment activities specific to an assigned function.Reviews resumes and conducts phone screens.Schedules interviewsAttends and assists with the coordination of events Sources talent to increase pipelinethrough name generation and warm leads.Assists with special projects aimed at improving the recruiting processes, talent assessments and compensation.Coordinates clear and concise communication with candidates about the organization andcareer opportunities.Compiles and analyzes market compensation analysisPartners in the design of a compensation strategy while pricing jobs on a annual basis or as neededPromote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Provides a sense of urgency related to daily recruitment activities.Performs other position appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional, and courteous manner.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Interpersonal Skills
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to interact professionally and productively with staff at all levels, including firm leadership. Strong customer service skills needed to build and maintain relationships.Creative and innovative thinker.Self-starter. Capable of working productively in a team setting, as well as independently.Strong in leading projects, problem-solving, and conflict resolution and can manage challenging situations to a successful conclusion with a can-do attitude.Goal-oriented and can react quickly to challenging circumstances to achieve the desired result.Behavior that supports a positive work environment keeping in line with company mission and values.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Associates or 2 additional years of relevant experienceTwo years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
Preferred skills needed but not limited to the following:
Basic Knowledge of employment laws and hiring policies Possesses a wide degree of creativity, personal organization, strong communication and proactive problem solving ability is required General computer skills including, but not limited to: using required software applications, data entry, and email. Ability to research, analyze, and disseminate information. Must be able to communicate thoughts clearly; both verbally and in writing.Minimum 2 years experience in the construction industry
