Project Coordinator (Finance)



We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in the implementation of a residential demand response equipment upgrade program. This role involves assisting with various aspects of project management, including administrative tasks, client communications, and data management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills.

You will report to our Program Manager and work out of our Honolulu, HI location on a hybrid basis. For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administrative Support: Assist the Project Manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates on project progress.
  • Data Management: Help manage project data, including tracking key metrics and updating project management software.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with tracking project estimates, revenue, and expenses, and help prepare financial reports.
  • Inventory Coordination: Support the planning and management of inventory throughout the deployment cycles.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal team members and subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed on time and to specification.
  • Meeting Participation: Participate in weekly progress meetings and assist in preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Technical Support: Provide administrative support to the technical team and assist with follow-up on technical issues.

The salary range for this position is $71,900 - $90,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
