PRIMARY POSITION OBJECTIVES:
The Compliance Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the organization's
adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position
supports and executes compliance initiatives, conducts thorough evaluations, and
maintains oversight across all key operational areas. The ideal candidate brings
experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare compliance and demonstrates sound
judgment in decision-making under guidance or independently.

Position Competencies
· Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
· Proficient with SAP or any other ERP system
· Experience providing documentation for regulatory agency audit requests
· Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
Strong sense of integrity, confidence, and honesty ·
Ability to work cooperatively with team members ·
Ability to adapt to rapid change, working under pressure, and manage time effectively
Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in science or work experience equivalent · 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in a quality or compliance role.
