Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift (Finance)



The Maintenance Technician 2 provides technical support for electrical and engineering challenges within a manufacturing environment. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, assembling and repairing electrical systems, and collaborating with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.

Job Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Pay Range: On-Site
  • Work Location: $25.00 - $30.00

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance for electrical and engineering issues during all phases of construction.
  • Assemble electrical and electronic systems and prototypes using hand tools and measuring instruments.
  • Collaborate with engineers to identify and solve developmental problems.
  • Analyze test information to resolve design-related issues.
  • Create or modify diagrams and write engineering specifications for experimental electronics.
  • Install, repair, modify, and upgrade industrial control systems, including PLC systems.
  • Assist in the design, evaluation, and repair of electrical equipment.
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately.
  • Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Strong manual dexterity and ability to lift/move heavy objects.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in handling complex issues and problems
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of subject matter
