Outstanding presentation skills with groups of all sizes and ability to lead live and on
demand training sessions.
Use different mediums and take different approaches as required by each
communication message or training audience.
Create in an environment that requires you to deal with multiple issues concurrently and
change plans without a great deal of notice.
Evaluate messages or situations and determine the appropriate communication method,
messaging, and audience.
Generate ideas and training materials to enhance the customer's experience.
Master instructional design principles, applications, and technologies through creative
research and thought leadership.
Proficiency at designing and delivering effective and captivating training to other trainers,
internal employees, and clients both in person and via webinar or on-demand materials
What experience you need
Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, Communications, Technical Writing or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience using Google for project management, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Microsoft Office tools, and Adobe.
5+ years of experience in a client facing role whether providing service, training, or technical support.
