Warehouse Coordinator (Administrative)



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 In the role of a Warehouse Coordinator, you will:

  • Create pick tickets (TOs) for outbound deliveries, match up the deliveries with tickets and take to warehouse – highlight important notes and mark the dates required to complete by.
  • Arrange trucking requests and calling couriers that require setting up a collection or hot shots between locations or from other storage locations.
  • Collect and Post deliveries that are completed throughout the day from the shipping stations (dock or small parcel)
  • Scan Proof of Delivery to the delivery in SAP once posted
  • Exceptional organization skills required
  • Stock Checks (if someone needs a quantity verified on the shelf)
  • Freight charge requests if not already included in the delivery
  • Experience in operating Forklift equipment required
  • SAP experience a plus

 Qualifications/Requirements

  •  High School Diploma / GED from accredited school or institution
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in a manufacturing environment Customer-focused in defining quality and establishing priorities

 Eligibility Requirements:

  •  Lift up to 45 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Work in a manufacturing environment where noise, dust, and chemicals are present
  • Use safety glasses, safety shoes, and ear plugs (where needed)
  • Perform sedentary work with frequent pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching, bending, and other physical activities

 Desired Characteristics:

  •  Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience with Computer, Excel, Sap is a plus
  • Experience operating a forklift, hand truck, and other equipment specific to duties in a shipping department
  • Self-Motivated
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability and willingness to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability and willingness to use a computer to look up information or enter in material / parts on a daily basis.
