Financial Analysis Advisor - eviCORE (Finance)



POSITION SUMMARY

The Financial Analysis Advisor works within the Financial Planning and Analysis team to develop and timely deliver our financial forecast in support of our enterprise financial and strategic commitments. The Financial Analysis Advisor skillfully collaborates with stakeholders to complete financial and staff capacity planning of assigned expense centers, reconciles and insightfully presents performance including material variance explanations, and formulates data-sourced recommendations with collaboration to conclusion.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Drives the timely financial planning and analysis of eviCore expense centers to support the achievement of eviCore financial and strategic commitments.
  • Develops and manages strong communication and working relationships with stakeholders to complete financial and staff capacity forecasts. Reconciles and insightfully presents results, including material variance explanations. Formulates data-sourced recommendations with collaborations to conclusions.
  • Develops and manages a process to effectively coordinate between various Finance teams (Accounting, Pricing, Health Econ) to aggregate key client developments required for accurate forecasting.
  • Ensures the comprehensive data integrity of assigned expense centers in our financial planning platform and related.
  • Support new initiatives: Enterprise Oracle Cloud Project, Enterprise HC Management efforts, Project Darwin, Project Sunrise, Billing & Eligibility Project, Home separation support work.
  • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to make lower total HC sustainable.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years experience preferred in Finance, Accounting, or Underwriting organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent related business experience.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and generate results.
  • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work with minimal oversight and within a team setting.
  • Proven ability to:
    • Learn new concepts quickly.
    • Influence in a matrix environment.
    • Foster collaboration, value other perspectives, gain support and buy-in.
    • Successfully engage the right individuals to achieve goals.
    • Work comfortably with management and business leaders.
    • Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Alteryx and Tableau experience preferred.
  • Oracle Hyperion Essbase experience preferred.
