We're looking for a talented and experienced recruiter to help shape the future of product and technology talent at Hearst Magazines. In this temporary role, you'll directly impact our ability to innovate by identifying and hiring top-tier talent across engineering, product, and analytics functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including product managers, analysts, and engineers.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Actively source and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels.
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Use data and reporting to drive improvements in recruiting processes and outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment with company values and diversity hiring goals.
  • Manage multiple searches across different departments with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Qualifications (What We're Looking For)

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting in the tech space, ideally at midsize organizations.
  • Proven success hiring for roles across engineering, product, and data/analytics.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring teams and influence decision-making.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Curious, collaborative, and proactive in approach.

The base salary for this role is between $65-70/hr. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
