Clinical Informatics Analyst (Full Time, Remote, North Carolina Based) (Information Technology)
The Clinical Informatics Analyst supports clinical and operational teams by gathering, organizing, and analyzing healthcare data to improve patient care and workflow efficiency. This role assists in the development of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that help inform day-to-day decision-making. Working under the guidance of Senior Analysts, the Clinical Informatics Analyst ensures data accuracy, supports the optimization of clinical systems, and contributes to projects that enhance the usability of healthcare technology platforms.
This position is fulltime remote. Selected candidate must reside in North Carolina. While there is no expectation of being in the office routinely, they may be required to report to the Alliance Home Office (Morrisville, North Carolina) for business meetings as needed.

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Required:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, healthcare informatics, or a related field and three (3) years of experience providing data insights and analytics functions
Or
Master's degree in computer science, engineering, healthcare informatics, or a related field and one (1) year of experience providing data insights and supporting analytics functions.
Preferred:
Certification in Health Informatics (e.g., Certified Health Informatics Systems Professional - CHISP) preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Salary Range
$68,227-$90,401/Annually
Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
