As a QHSE Site Supervisor, you won't just enforce standards—you'll lead the charge in embedding a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility across high-impact EPC projects. This is your opportunity to drive operational excellence from the ground up, ensuring that every phase of engineering, procurement, and construction is executed with precision, integrity, and sustainability. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our commitment to world-class QHSE performance. What will you do?

Quality Assurance

  • Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan (ISO 9001).

  • Oversee quality control across design, procurement, and construction.

  • Conduct audits and manage non-conformances to drive improvement.

Health & Safety

  • Implement HSE systems in line with ISO 45001.

  • Lead risk assessments, inductions, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.

  • Champion a proactive safety culture across all sites.

Environmental Management

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and environmental regulations.

  • Monitor EIAs, waste, emissions, and resource efficiency.

  • Support sustainability initiatives and ESG reporting.

Project Integration

  • Embed QHSE into all project phases with cross-functional collaboration.

  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and contractor evaluations.

  • Ensure vendor and subcontractor compliance with QHSE standards.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain QHSE documentation, dashboards, and KPIs.

  • Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.

  • Lead continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Who you are?

  • Experience: 5–10 years in QHSE roles within EPC or renewable energy projects.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field

  • Certifications: NEBOSH, ISO 9001/14001/45001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent. 

  • Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies (solar, wind, BESS, etc.). 

  • Familiarity with local and international HSE regulations and EPC project lifecycles. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with utility-scale renewable energy projects.

  • Proficiency in QHSE software (e.g., Intelex, Enablon).

  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
