Dispensary Manager (Healthcare)



JOB SUMMARY
The Dispensary Manager oversees the daily operations of our cannabis dispensary, handling aspects of retail and compliance. This includes managing retail operations such as transactions, inventory, staffing and customer service. They are also responsible for ensuring compliance with state and local regulations, maintaining records, and conducting audits.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This position includes, but is not limited to the following:

Own the full operational and experiential performance of the dispensary, ensuring compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations.
Lead all day-to-day dispensary operations in compliance with state and local cannabis regulations.
Manage and optimize inventory control processes including ordering, receiving, inventory data management, tracking, reporting, and cycle counts.
Manage Flowhub POS and METRC systems for accurate sales and inventory tracking; ensure staff adhere to system SOPs and train accordingly.
Maintain Weedmaps platform to promote products and promotions for the PC.
Lead, train, and develop staff to deliver top-tier customer service and meet performance goals.
Manage cash handling procedures and cashless ATM SOPs, including daily reconciliation and deposit preparation, working closely with the finance team.
Maintain clear, organized records for audits, inventory, and compliance reporting.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure visual standards are set in accordance with company direction.
Coordinate with Marketing Team to provide marketing and promotional support to the PC across products and brands.
Direct the implementation of customer engagement strategies.
Coordinate and partner with management to drive the success of promotions and loyalty programs.
Contribute to a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and service excellence.
Design pricing and promotional strategies to maximize store performance and customer loyalty. Update or replace existing programs, as necessary to achieve new targets.
Other duties as assigned by the Management Team

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 21 or over (required by law)
· Must pass all required background checks.
· Must remain compliant with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry.
· Retail Management experience or minimum of (3) three years of retail experience in cannabis, specialty retail or a comparable retail environment.
· Inventory control experience required.
· Pricing and Promotional activation experience required.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Must be proactive, with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
· Continuously open to constructive, developmental feedback
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and attend various events as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENT

Regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk; hear; use close, color and peripheral vision; ability to adjust focus.
Frequently required to walk, lift, and/or move up to 50 pounds; use distance vision; depth perception.
Occasionally required to stand; climb or balance; stoop, kneel or crouch; lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; work in wet or humid conditions, in high places and outdoor weather conditions; exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
