Job Type: Full-Time, including rotating weekends

Shift Schedules: 7A-7P or 7P-7A

Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) looking for a place where you can make a real impact? We're hiring dedicated nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.

What You'll Do:

As an LPN/LVN on our team, you'll help lead and support your shift to ensure quality care and a safe, comfortable environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising CNAs and providing direct nursing care.
  • Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Monitoring and documenting resident conditions and changes.
  • Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Ensuring accurate charting and compliance with facility policies.
  • Supporting care plan development and updates.
  • Creating a welcoming, calm, and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff.
  • Participating in staff training, performance evaluations, and infection control procedures.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A compassionate, licensed LPN or LVN with an active, unencumbered license in Missouri
  • Current CPR certification. Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.
  • Must maintain all required continuing education/licensing.
  • Must always remain in good standing with the Missouri State Board of Nursing.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to compliance, safety, and quality standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
