Job Summary
This Propagation agent position presents an exciting opportunity to take on the cultivation of cannabis plants in our company. Put your Cannabis cultivation experience to use while developing a stronger knowledge for the propagation and vegetative stages of Cannabis plant growth. If you are detail-oriented and hard working, this cultivation role can give you the chance to fully develop your interests and talents not only with the cultivation of cannabis but fertigation and IPM as well. You will play an essential role in the success of our business by ensuring Propagation/Vegetative tasks are met and on time. Job responsibilities and requirements
Assist with all tasks in Propagation and Vegetative stages of production including cloning and Mother/Veg plant careAssist with defoliating, pruning, and topping cannabis plantsContinuous systematic cleaning and sanitizing of grow facility, dispose of waste according to compliance guidelinesAbility to work both independently and part of a team to accomplish tasks assignedCommunicate with team members and managementMaintain equipment (Shop-vac, Humidifiers, scissors, carts, etc)Comprehend basic water quality parameters such as pH, EC, and ppmFollow all warning labels and instructions in facility SOPsRoutinely lift or carry up to 50 poundsAbility to work weekends/holidays.Ability to work extended days on an occasional basis.Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard ensuring plants are given ongoing attention and required careAccurate tracking and recording of data during each phase of the cultivation processWillingness to adapt to change and continue to learn best practices of cannabis cultivation with a strong interest in horticulture and agriculture operating systems.Additional job duties as assigned
