Job Details:
Position: Temporary Warehouse WorkerSchedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PMLocation: Fairfax, VermontStart Date: August 2025End Date (Tentative): November 2025Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
What Youll Do:
Youll be part of a hands-on, collaborative team helping us deliver wildflower joy across the country. Depending on the day and department, you may:
Work in Production running Ballard machines and S4s to process seed efficiently.Support the MTO (Made-to-Order) Department by bagging custom seed blends and preparing specialty orders.Assist in Fulfillment by picking and packing seed orders with care and accuracy.Join the Shipping Department to get completed orders out the door quickly and in perfect condition.
No matter where youre assigned, youll be a key part of helping our customers receive high-quality seed and a top-notch experience.
What Were Looking For:
A reliable team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.Comfort with being on your feet for most of the day and lifting up to 25 lbs.No prior warehouse or gardening experience required well train you!

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend throughout the workday in a warehouse setting.Comfortable, closed-toe shoes recommended.
