A full-time Manager, Learning and Quality Operations position based in Oklahoma City, OK with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). This role includes a competitive annual salary target of $125-135k and comprehensive benefits package featuring:

šŸ“Œ The Role

AsĀ Manager, Learning and Quality Operations, you'll lead a Center of Excellence focused on employee development, quality assurance, and risk mitigation across Underwriting, Premium Audit, and Premium Billing. You'll manage a team of professionals dedicated to enhancing workforce capability and ensuring compliance through strategic alignment, continuous learning, and data-driven quality initiatives.

  • Design and implement training programsĀ for Premium Audit, Billing, and Underwriting, using adult learning principles and a variety of media to ensure a consistent and engaging experience
  • Develop and lead a quality assurance programĀ across the same operational areas, identifying skill gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Build and lead a teamĀ of training and quality professionals to support the broader Operations organization

šŸ‘¤ Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a courageous and action-oriented leader who brings creativity and strategic thinking to learning and quality initiatives. This person will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be passionate about empowering teams and driving operational excellence.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Education, Insurance, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance operations, training, compliance, or quality assurance, including 5+ years of people leadership in training, audit, or risk-related roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of workers' compensation insurance operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing corporate training programs for adult learners and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, compliance tracking tools, and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead people, drive change, and align initiatives with business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with leaders across the organization.
