Regional Director AMER- Treasury (Finance)
This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

As a Regional guide AMER - TRE (Treasury), you will play a critical role in guiding and managing the Treasury function for the Americas region. You will be accountable for overseeing cash management, liquidity, risk management, and financial planning for the region.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on Honeywell's financial success by ensuring efficient cash flow, managing financial risks, and providing strategic financial guidance to facilitate business growth.As a Director in Treasury at Honeywell, you will significantly influence the financial strategy through effective treasury management and risk mitigation, while also providing strategic guidance to senior leadership and fostering a diverse, high-performing team to enhance the company's financial success and resilience.YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Treasury or a related field
- Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity, and financial risk management
- Proven track record of managing Treasury operations in a regional or global capacity
- Excellent thoughtful, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills

- MBA or CFA preferred

- Experience in managing Treasury activities in a global organization

- Guide and manage the Treasury function for the Americas region

- Develop and implement financial planning strategies to facilitate business growth
- Monitor and analyze market trends and economic conditions to inform decision-making
- Manage relationships with financial institutions and other external stakeholders
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and business unit
