Admission Nurse RN (Healthcare)
Columbia Healthcare is now hiring a full-time Admissions Nurse
Must be an RN
The Admissions Nurse coordinates the admission process for new residents by completing assessments, verifying medical information, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. This role blends clinical expertise with communication and organizational skills to support residents, families, and referral partners throughout the admissions process.

Requirements:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
