Product Manager, Guidance & EMT (Healthcare)
Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for the development and execution of CIVCO's sales and marketing plan for the guidance and EMT product lines including upstream and downstream marketing management of capital and consumable products to ensure product performance meets the needs of the market. The Product Manager will work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales team members to develop products which fit the needs of the changing market and implement effective go-to-market strategies to drive sales and maximize brand exposure. Additionally, the Product Manager will oversee OEM driven new product development in coordination with the Technical Product Manager.

Education, Experience and Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA strongly preferred. Minimum of 3 years of product marketing and/or customer relationship management experience; or equivalent combination of related education and experience.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office. The position requires both strong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail while analyzing and drawing conclusions from data. Working knowledge of hospital systems including: risk management, equipment service and repairs is preferred.
