The Sales Manager leads a team of Residential Direct Sales Representatives in a designated Shentel market. Their emphasis is on Glo Fiber sales.

The Sales Manager will spend most of their time driving in the assigned territory working alongside their Residential Direct Sales Representatives. They are responsible for executing the company sales strategy in their sales region. They hire, train, coach, and evaluate their direct reports to ensure they meet and exceed revenue standards. This position will require overnight travel.

You Worked Hard For:

  • 10 years of sales experience in consumer products, telecom experience preferred
  • 5 or more years of sales leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of setting and achieving sales goals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Compensation includes:

  • Salary range $47231 - $ 70847 base pay
  • Position is commission eligible
