Shift: Full-Time (40 hours per week on average) - Hybrid

Job Hours: Day: 40 hours - Monday through Friday; 8:00am 5:00pm

Base Location: Heritage Center - Lawrenceville, GA.

View Point Health is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Operations Coordinator to oversee the financial performance of our Outpatient Centers.

This role is responsible for managing budgets, tracking revenue and expenses, monitoring billing and insurance claims, and identifying and implementing measures to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

Under broad supervision, performs advanced level finance, accounting and fiscal control functions. Performs and/or oversees financial planning, documentation, analysis, reporting and system development. Leads and coordinates the design or implementation of financial/accounting/budget related systems and reports. Enforces compliance with laws and regulations governing financial instruments, taxes, real estate and securities transactions. May also serve in a lead role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures for intake, front office, and scheduling.
Develop, manage and monitor annual center budgets in collaboration with leadership.
Track and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and expenses.
Identify trends, discrepancies, or inefficiencies in centers financial performance.
Collecting and analyzing data on patient demographics, billing, and utilization trends. Utilize data to identify patterns, track performance metrics, and make informed decisions.
Collaborating with other departments and leadership to execute efficient business strategies and achieve organizational goals while focusing on improving productivity and improving cost effectiveness through process improvement initiatives.
Planning and executing projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Oversee and manage KPIs across the organization to focus on strategic goals, accomplishments, and milestones.
Oversee Centralized Scheduling department and serve as a liaison Business Office and Outpatient centers.
Process credentialing applications to include initial applications and recredentialing applications for Medicare and Commercial Insurance for both VPH and ABH.
Manage and create a provider's CAQH profile to ensure necessary updates and re-attestations. Verify that all provider information is kept up to date.
Maintain and update providers' information in credentialing databases including CAQH, PECOS, NPPES and CMS database.


Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in a related area from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of professional job related experience in accounting, billing and collection systems, or claims; or four (4) years of professional job related experience in general accounting, billing, and collection systems and/or claims; or one (1) year of experience at the lower level Financial Analyst 2 (FIP061) or equivalent position.

Preferred Qualifications:

Five (5) years of experience in a related role.
Knowledge and understanding of GAAP.
Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel.
Working knowledge of accounting systems, Multiview systems ideal.
Strong work ethic and a team player.
High degree of professionalism.
Ability to deal appropriately with confidential material.
Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
Ability to communicate with various levels of management and staff.
High level of decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills and ability to multi-task.

Requirements/Competencies:

Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
Requires long periods of sitting/standing.
Must be 21 years of age.
Must have valid Georgia driver's license and Motor Vehicle Record in accordance with company policy.
Candidates for selection must pass a criminal background check (including fingerprinting).
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and subject to random drug screens.
