PT Donor Recruitment Training Manager (Finance)

Description

Join Vitalant and help ensure the future of blood donation by leading training efforts that empower and equip our donor recruitment teams. As a Donor Recruitment Training Manager, Your Impact Is Vital. In this role, you'll directly support our lifesaving mission by developing and delivering impactful training programs for both new and experienced donor recruitment professionals. You'll collaborate with leadership, instructional designers, and marketing to ensure consistent, effective, and engaging training that supports operational excellence across the enterprise.

As a Donor Recruitment Training Manager, you get to:

• Design and deliver impactful training experiences that support the success of donor recruitment teams-from onboarding new hires to upskilling seasoned staff.
• Serve as a trusted expert on donor recruitment systems and processes, helping team members build confidence through hands-on learning and clear guidance.
• Collaborate with leadership to create personalized development plans and ensure training translates into real-world success.
• Continuously improve training programs by evaluating effectiveness, sharing insights, and adjusting to meet evolving needs.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge/ Education
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Experience

1. Five years of related experience required. To include one year developing and conducting training programs required.
2. Two years supervisory experience preferred.
3. Donor recruitment experience in the mobile environment preferred.

Skills/Abilities
1. Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and
responsibilities.
2. Must be able to maintain confidentiality
