PT Donor Recruitment Training Manager (Finance)

As a Donor Recruitment Training Manager, Your Impact Is Vital. In this role, you'll directly support our lifesaving mission by developing and delivering impactful training programs for both new and experienced donor recruitment professionals. You'll collaborate with leadership, instructional designers, and marketing to ensure consistent, effective, and engaging training that supports operational excellence across the enterprise.

REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge/ Education
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience
1. Five years of related experience required. To include one year developing and conducting training programs required.
2. Two years supervisory experience preferred.
3. Donor recruitment experience in the mobile environment preferred.
Skills/Abilities
1. Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and
responsibilities.
2. Must be able to maintain confidentiality
