Role Overview

As the Administrative Assistant, you'll have a big mission. Responsible for assuring the Company's standards are achieved and excellent customer service is delivered. You also understand the value of taking a moment to express gratitude to the village that helped to make it happen. As you can likely tell, 'how' things are done matters just as much as ‘what' was done here at BH!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answers all incoming calls with proper telephone etiquette, direct callers to appropriate person or transfer to voicemail as needed.
  • Route voicemail, email and faxes received in general admin mailbox to appropriate team members. Follow up on general inquiries to gather more information as-needed/as requested.
  • Serves as first point of contact for office visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or place.
  • Liaison between the Dallas office and building management for work orders, parking needs, access cards, vendor security clearance and office-building related items.
  • Monitors and maintains office equipment and serve as the point of contact for vendors servicing office equipment or supplies.
  • Maintains the Dallas Office computer and hardware inventory as well as the log for individuals needing to check out office equipment for outside meetings/use.
  • Distributes incoming mail timely and process outgoing mail including overnight packages.
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) as needed.
  • Maintain storage rooms, restock supplies in employee break room and work room, prep office for meetings, executive leadership visits, and client tours.
  • Assists with projects for other departments as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.
