Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented [TLAM] Top-Level Assembly (Mechanical) Operator to assemble and prepare precision mechanical and electronic components. Many tasks require working under a microscope and demand a high level of craftsmanship, manual dexterity & manual steadiness. This role requires adherence to engineering specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing documentation to ensure consistent, high-quality product assembly.

Strong manual dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination.
Sharp attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Familiarity with IPC standards preferred but not required:
--IPC-A-610: Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies
--J-STD-001: Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies
--IPC-A-WHMA-620: Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies
Ability to operate various hand tools, microscopes, and test equipment.
Proficiency in reading electronic work instructions and engineering documentation.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
Capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
Capable of following and fulfilling tasks given by area supervisor.
Willingness to follow and perform repetitive tasks.
Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
