Senior Product Marketing Manager (Finance)



As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving strategic marketing initiatives for our Digital Energy offerings. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive product marketing plans, campaigns, and demand generation that align with business goals.

You will be instrumental in ensuring the success of product launches, working closely with the product league and to deliver impactful go-to-market strategies. From shaping value propositions to leading creative execution and thought leadership, you will collaborate across functions to bring innovative solutions to market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns for specific products and product categories
  • Oversee product launch execution, setting priorities, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional internal teams and departments.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate closely with product management to align on features, specifications, and roadmaps
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to gather customer feedback and ensure product features meet market demands
  • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and unique value propositions for offerings
  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies, including launch plans and promotional campaigns
  • Work with sales teams to provide training, sales enablement, and resources to drive product adoption
  • Monitor product and marketing performance and customer feedback post-launch to guide future improvements
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships or co-marketing efforts to enhance product visibility

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6-10 years of experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, or related roles.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering value.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer segmentation, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills-both written and verbal
  • Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, engineering, and design teams.
  • Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
