RN Navigator, Fetal Cardiology (Finance)



100% FTE, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at American Family Children's Hospital in Madison, WI. Coverage may also include working at 202 South Park Street, Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to:

  • Work in collaboration with numerous multidisciplinary teams to help navigate patients and families.
  • Coordinate specialized multi-disciplinary patient care by utilizing specialty knowledge of the pediatric fetal cardiology patient population.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Bring their expertise in working with Fetal Cardiology patients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
  • Master's Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field Preferred

Work Experience
  • 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience Required
  • 1 year of relevant experience in the specific patient population being supported Preferred

Licenses & Certifications
  • Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
  • Basic Life Support/CPR Upon Hire Required
