Advanced Project Engineer (Finance)



As an Advanced Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in leading and managing advanced engineering projects in the Aerospace Technologies (AERO) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) under the Aerospace (AES) business group. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of advanced engineering solutions and technologies. The Senior Advanced Project Engineer will provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to the team, ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation, improve processes, and achieve project objectives. You will report directly to our Engineering Program Manager, and you will work out of our Tempe, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company's ability to deliver high-quality, innovative, and technologically advanced aerospace solutions. Your technical leadership, project management skills, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the company's success, reputation, and growth in the industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the design and development of one or more of the Engine Controls portfolio's products (engine valves, air and thermal systems, air turbine starters, and cabin pressure control valves)
• Lead and manage advanced engineering projects from conception to completion
• Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to the team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
• Design and develop advanced engineering solutions and technologies
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
