We are looking for a Logistics Associate to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling, moving, loading, and unloading materials both manually and with equipment, while also serving as a mentor and resource for junior associates. This is a hands-on position where your experience and leadership will directly contribute to the efficiency, accuracy, and success of our supply chain.

What You'll Do

  • Handle, move, load, and unload materials by hand or using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Open, seal, sort, and distribute items from crates, cartons, and containers.
  • Process requisitions, fulfill stock requests, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Support inventory cycle counts, stock rotation, and purchase order updates as shipments are received, cancelled, or back ordered.
  • Manage shipping, receiving, and freight processing in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate stocking and delivery of merchandise.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior warehouse team members.
  • Troubleshoot moderately complex issues, make recommendations, and implement solutions.
  • Prepare and process inventory paperwork; update management on inventory and shipping issues as needed.
  • Participate in special projects such as kit and bundle breakdowns and component sorting.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in warehouse, distribution, or material handling, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred; high school diploma required.
  • Proven proficiency with warehouse processes, inventory systems, and material handling equipment.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and resolve moderately complex problems.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain processes and train junior employees.
  • Leadership qualities with experience acting as a mentor or informal team lead.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $35,000.00 - $52,600.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
