Sr. Sales Analyst

The Senior Sales Analyst plays a critical role in driving business performance through data-driven insights. This position is responsible for analyzing key business drivers, evaluating promotional effectiveness, portfolio management, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Category Management, Activations and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have analytical experience, good critical thinking skills and the ability to derive insights while working with a variety of data sets.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business-related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or category
  • 1-2+ years analytical experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills for presenting data-driven recommendations
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over tasks and projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to evolving business needs
  • Some travel required; frequency varies by location

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Consumption Reporting & Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis to address operational questions, identify key performance drivers at the brand, PPG, and item levels, and provide actionable insights.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including margin decomposition models, and deliver bi-weekly summaries to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Business Performance Review: Play a critical role in the Monthly Business Review by presenting on sales trends, consumption patterns, and their financial implications to support strategic decision-making.
  • Customer Management: Act as the primary analytical and operational support for the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) team. Own the preparation of weekly agendas, track key metrics, and coordinate communications to drive execution against joint business priorities.
  • Portfolio Management: Support item-level management for the Amazon portfolio, including tracking new item launches, managing product transitions, and maintaining select catalog inputs. Leverage data and tools to ensure accurate setup and timely updates aligned with go-to-market strategies.

Thebase pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the below range, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, andexperience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay & general allowances (depending on the positionand employee's work schedule). Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicablepolicies andplans then in effect, and depending on the position offered and the employee's work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule), eligible employees are automatically enrolled in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents, and may be eligible to take up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave.Employees will also receivethe following paid-time off (which may be prorated based on start date and the employee's work schedule):120 hours of vacation per year, paid sick time for eligible Associates of 100% pay continuation for a maximum of 40 hours per calendar year,and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year that include both fixed and flexible holidays.
