Block Plant Manager

Location: Bradenton

Full-time | On-site

Ready to take the reins at a high-performing production facility and lead a team that crushes expectations daily? We're on the hunt for a driven, hands-on Block Plant Manager who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, own the bottom line, and make an impact from day one.

At our fast-paced concrete products plant, you won't just be overseeing operations-you'll be setting the standard. If words like accountability, performance, and leadership make your heart race a little faster, keep reading.

What You'll Own

  • Lead the charge on daily production scheduling and process supervision
  • Keep equipment humming and downtime minimal
  • Champion a rock-solid safety culture
  • Take full control of inventory and quality assurance
  • Analyze production metrics and drive cost efficiency
  • Collaborate across departments-from suppliers to sales-to keep the wheels turning
  • Keep us compliant, competitive, and on track for financial success

You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED (bonus points for further education)
  • 3+ years of related leadership in manufacturing or production
  • A proven knack for planning, negotiating, and staying organized under pressure
  • Fearless leadership and team-first energy

Even Better If You Have

  • Experience with concrete products (especially pavers, block, retaining walls, or patio stone)
  • Familiarity with Columbia and Besser equipment
  • A sharp eye for quality and a relentless drive for improvement
