Block Plant Manager

What You'll Own
- Lead the charge on daily production scheduling and process supervision
- Keep equipment humming and downtime minimal
- Champion a rock-solid safety culture
- Take full control of inventory and quality assurance
- Analyze production metrics and drive cost efficiency
- Collaborate across departments-from suppliers to sales-to keep the wheels turning
- Keep us compliant, competitive, and on track for financial success
You Bring
- High school diploma or GED (bonus points for further education)
- 3+ years of related leadership in manufacturing or production
- A proven knack for planning, negotiating, and staying organized under pressure
- Fearless leadership and team-first energy
Even Better If You Have
- Experience with concrete products (especially pavers, block, retaining walls, or patio stone)
- Familiarity with Columbia and Besser equipment
- A sharp eye for quality and a relentless drive for improvement
