HR Generalist (Project Management)
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from DC employees and supervisors.Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.Administer and track employee attendance, leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, etc.), and other time-off programs.Support performance management processes, including coaching, corrective actions, and documentation.Conduct new hire orientations and ensure seamless onboarding experiences.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files.Assist with investigations related to employee complaints, workplace incidents, or policy violations.Partner with safety and operations teams to support a safe and compliant workplace.Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
