We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Content Coordinator to join our dynamic growth marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Content Manager. As the Marketing Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing content development and publication tactics in support of our content marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. We are looking for a skilled and results-driven individual to support the development of thought leadership-focused stories. This role requires a creative mindset, strong writing and editing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do:
Content Creation: Engage with content developers in the creation of compelling, high-quality content across various formats including webinars, podcasts, blog posts, eBooks, social media posts, email campaigns, and website copy. Work with Legal and Communications teams to ensure content is approved as needed.
Editorial Execution: Refer to established editorial calendar and coordinate with internal subject matter experts, stakeholders, and external contributors to gather insights, data, and customer success stories.
SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and on-page optimization techniques.
Content Distribution: Coordinate with internal and external team members as needed to support distribution strategy to amplify content reach and engagement. These channels and teams may include capability and vertical marketers, social media, email marketing, industry publications, and partner networks.
Content Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote content through paid advertising, social media campaigns, influencer outreach, and other promotional tactics.
Content Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance metrics, such as email metrics and social engagement levels. Generate reports and insights as needed to measure the effectiveness of content initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the design team, product marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, product messaging, and sales enablement needs. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute creative ideas, and provide feedback on marketing campaigns and sales activation tactics.
Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and emerging B2B marketing practices. Share any findings/ideas that may help identify new content opportunities, differentiate our offerings, and enhance our thought leadership.
What experience you need:
2-5+ years of hands-on experience with content marketing in a B2B company
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
Familiarity with Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft PowerPoint, Salesforce, Pardot or similar tools
Ability to work in the One Atlantic Center (OAC) office in midtown on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
