Senior Commercial Litigation Counsel (Finance)

The NVIDIA Legal team is seeking in-house Senior Commercial Litigation Counsel to be part of a dynamic and growing company and Legal team. NVIDIA's Legal Department operates at the intersection of law and technology. We provide legal solutions impacting some of the most important trends in technology, including graphics, artificial intelligence, and high-performance computing. As a team, we engage with engineers and management on a vast array of legal issues across the world!
What you'll be doing:
- Partnering with the legal team and management on our general litigation matters.
- Working closely with the rest of the team to manage litigation and pre-litigation activities and responses.
- Focusing on non-patent civil litigation, including securities, competition, employment, and contract litigation.
What we need to see:
- A J.D. degree and license to practice law in California.
- 5+ years of experience in U.S. federal litigation and 8+ years of overall litigation experience.
- Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
- Exceptional legal judgment across a wide variety of subject matters.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Judicial clerkship and trial experience.
- Experience in high-tech industry.
- Engineering degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Demonstrate a proactive, enthusiastic, and team-focused approach to your work.

The base salary range is 280,000 USD - 442,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits . NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
